Ontario Residential Sales Are Up In February 2017

In Ontario Residential sales are up 8.9% in February 2017 compared to a year earlier and provincial average price of homes in February 2017 rose 24.5% compared to a year earlier.

In Ontario, new listings numbered 22090 unit in February 2017, a decrease of 11.3% compared to last year.

Home sales in Ontario remain at near record levels in Jan,2017

In January,  2017, residential sales went up by 10.5% compared to a year earlier.

In Ontario, new listings numbered 17,830 units in the month of January 2017, which is a 14.8% decrease compared to last year.

In January the provincial average home prices rose 19.8% compared to a year earlier.

Land Transfer Tax Rebate For Fist-Time Buyers Doubled!!!

Ontario has doubled the land transfer tax rebate for first-time home buyers from $2,000 to $4,000 effective January 1st, 2017.
